Our village is designed to provide independence and flexibility with the added benefit of support on hand should you need our help.

Each bungalow has a broadband/telephone communication system with a direct link via touch screen and emergency button to the care team on site 24/7 so help is never far away.

The village’s own trained care staff can provide for personal or medical care needs, as well as for domestic help. Two hours of care or domestic help is included every week within the monthly fee for chores such as ironing, washing up and cleaning, however extra help can be arranged as required.

Full meal facilities can also be provided, delivered directly to your door, or alternatively you are welcome to dine in the Club House.

External maintenance of the bungalow and grounds is covered within the maintenance contract so you don’t have to lift a finger when it comes to the upkeep of your home and outside space.

Our team of staff are here to help with whatever you may need, ensuring you can enjoy your retirement to the full.

For extra peace of mind the village also includes:

  • 24/7 emergency care, 365 days of the year, by our onsite care team.
  • Each bungalow features a state-of-the-art medical intercom with touch button access to our onsite care office.
  • Personal care and domestic packages are available, tailored to suit your individual needs.
  • Residents receive a daily welfare check
